Who collects your data?

What data and why?
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. This data is used only to reply to you and, if you ask, to process your membership or volunteering request.
Membership form: when you apply to join, we collect your name, phone number, email, school, city or provincial directorate, level, status and chosen payment method. This information is used only to process your membership, to contact you and, once the fee is paid, to create your login for the members’ area. It is kept for the duration of your membership and deleted on request.
Who has access to it?
Only the members of the association’s board have access to it. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties.
How long is it kept?
It is kept for as long as needed to process your request, then deleted.
Your rights
In accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object. To exercise these rights, write to contact@aesvt-taza.org.
